THE Mayo senior club champions will face a trip to London for the quarter-finals of the Connacht Senior Club Championship on the weekend of November 9/10.
The newly released fixture schedules for the Connacht Senior Club Championships have pitted the Mayo champions against the London champions in the provincial quarter-finals. The winners will then face the Sligo champions the following weekend prior to the provincial final on November 30/December 1.
In the intermediate provincial championship, the Mayo champions will face the Galway champions away on the weekend of November 16/17.
The Mayo junior champions will face the Galway champions at home on the same weekend.
Last year, Lahardane were the only Mayo team to win their respective provincial championship when they won the Connacht junior final in MacHale Park.
Kilmeena were beaten in the semi-finals of the intermediate competition by Monivea Abbey while Ballina Stephenites exited the last four of the senior championship at the hands of Corofin.
