The Mall, Castlebar, is set to come alive once again this afternoon (Monday, July 27), with a live screening of the Mayo team's All-Ireland final homecoming taking place from 4:30 pm.
Mayo County Council announced the free, unticketed event earlier today.
The council has confirmed that alcohol will be permitted in accordance with local bylaws. The event will be primarily standing, and anyone who wishes to sit is encouraged to bring their own chair.
Attendees are also reminded by Mayo County Council that children must be supervised at all times. A first aid and information point will be available on site throughout the event.
