Michael Kneafsey, Foxford

The death has occurred unexpectedly of Michael Kneafsey (jnr), Rinanney, Foxford. Michael will be so sadly missed by his heartbroken parents Martin and Dolores, his son Sonny, his sister Stephanie and his girlfriend Maria, nephews Jamie and Cian and his niece Sadie, brother in-law Lorcan, his aunts and uncles, cousins, relatives neighbours and many friends. 

Rest in Peace Michael. Michael will repose at the family residence (F26 CT82) on Wednesday from 3pm until 8pm. Funeral will arrive to St. Michael's Church, Foxford on Thursday morning for funeral Mass at 11.30am with the funeral proceeding to Craggagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Irish Kidney Association www.ika.ie or Irish Heart Foundation https://irishheart.ie

Mary Mullaney, Claremorris

Peacefully in the wonderful care of the Mayo Hospice surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Jimmy, parents Billy and Kathleen (Cotty), her brother Liam and infant brother Patrick. Mary will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family, daughter Carol, son Keith, her much adored grandchildren Kaitlyn, Kian and Amelia, Carol’s partner Colin and Keith’s partner Avril, brother Brian, sisters Anne, Monica, Catherine, Geraldine, Patricia, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and her many treasured friends.

Reposing at St. Colman’s Funeral Home, Lower James Street, Claremorris (F12 R3W8) on Wednesday evening, September 11th from 5 o'clock until 7 o'clock. Removal from her residence on Thursday morning to arrive for Funeral Mass at 12 noon in St. Colman’s church Claremorris, followed by burial afterwards in St. Colman’s Cemetery Claremorris.

Paddy Fitzmaurice, Ballyhaunis

The unexpected but peaceful death has occurred of Paddy, at his family home. Predeceased by his parents John and Celia, and his sister Mary. Paddy will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving wife Maura, daughters Kathryn, Joanne, Louise and son Seán, grandchildren Natalie, Ciarán, Cillian, Cian, Conor and Katie, son-in-law Michael, Kathryn and Seáns Partners, Kevin and Tracey, sister-in-law Margaret and her husband Michael, niece, nephews, relatives, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.

Kieran Johnston, Claremorris/ Castlebar

The death has occurred unexpectedly of Kieran Johnston, Clareville, Claremorris and Manor Village, Castlebar on Saturday, 7th September 2024. He will be sadly missed by his mother Ruth and his father Johnnie, his sister Jade, his brother Johnnie and his soulmate Aoife Killeen, his children Tyler, Kenzie, Kyle, Wayne, Callum, Darcy, Casey, Korey and Maisy, his nephews, nieces, relatives and all the family circle and his many friends.

May he rest in peace. Kieran will repose in Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar on Friday 13th September from 6.30pm to 8.00pm. The funeral will arrive at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar for Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11.30am. Afterwards Kieran will be laid to rest in the New Cemetery, Newport Road, Castlebar. The death has occurred of Michael (Mick) Kilkenny - Raith, Aghamore, Ballyhaunis and Corheens, Breaffy Castlebar. Mick passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the outstanding care of Mayo Hospice, Castlebar on the 8th of September 2024. Predeceased by his parents, John and Kate, brothers John and Tom, sisters Delia, Kathleen and Margaret, nephew Michael.

Mick will be sadly missed by his sister Rose Kilheeney (Ballymoe), nephews Johnny (Corheens) & Jody Kilkenny, Johnny, Martin Joe & Simon Kilheeney, nieces Helen Mannion & Mary Kilkenny-Mulchrone, grand nieces & nephews, good neighbours and friends.

Ó DURCÁIN, Micheál (Michael) Rathfarnham, Dublin and Tourmakeady, Co. Mayo, 7th September 2024, peacefully at Tallaght Hospital. Predeceased by his brothers Tommy, Patsy and John and by his sisters Eibhlín, Rita, Maureen and Peigí. Micheál will be sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, beloved son Tomás and his partner Flore and by his loving family, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, his many nieces and nephews, their extended families and by his friends and neighbours.

Tommy Joe Walsh, Ballyglass/ Claremorris

The death has occurred of Thomas Walsh better known as Tommy Joe, Curlisduane, Ballyglass, Claremorris Co Mayo on the 8th of September 2024. Tommy Joe died peacefully after a short illness bravely and patiently fought. He passed away in the wonderful care of the staff of Mayo General Hospital. Tommy Joe is predeceased by his parents Tom and Teresa Walsh. Tommy Joe will be sadly missed by his loving wife and best friend Joan, his devoted children; daughter Aideen, son Bryan and his adored grandson Cian. His loving sisters Rosaleen Halligan Ballyglass, Josephine Walsh, Dublin, Bernie O’Connor, Cavan, his much loved brother Sean, Claremorris. His brothers in law Jerry, Michael, Joe and Patsy. His sisters in law Gosia and Maureen. His nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. Tommy Joe will be sadly missed by all his friends at Ballyglass F.C.

Removal from his home on Wednesday 11th of September for funeral mass in St Mary’s Church, Carnacon (Eircode F12 XE40), at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in Burriscarra Cemetery. Family flowers only.
