Mayo Gardaí have confirmed that a motorist has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
In a statement on the ‘An Garda Síochána Mayo’ Facebook page, the Gardaí revealed that they stopped a vehicle during a routine patrol on the Mayo coast.

Following the stopping, it was discovered that the car in question had no NCT or insurance.
The car was seized, while the driver was taken into custody, with a court appearance to follow.
