THE continuing adverse weather conditions across Mayo has led to the Court Services cancelling two scheduled sittings of local district courts.
A sitting of Belmullet District Court due to take place at 12 noon today has been cancelled and all matters have been adjourned to a sitting of the court on February 12.
The court services have also decided to cancel a sitting of Achill District Court which was due to take place tomorrow, Thursday, January 9.
All matters from this sitting are now adjourned to a sitting of Achill District Court on January 29 at 10.30am.
