Gardaí issue missing person appeal for Mayo man

An Garda Síochána are seeking information on the whereabout of Claremorris native Oisín Heffernan

An Garda Síochána have issued an appeal for information following the disappearance of a Mayo man last week.

Gardaí are seeking assistance in the wake of reports that Claremorris native Oisín Heffernan, who is 24 years old, went missing on Tuesday, September 9.

Oisín is approximately 5 feet six inches in height, and is described as having a medium build, blue eyes, and dark brown hair with a goatee beard.

He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, and orange Converse trainers.

Gardaí believe that he may have travelled to Dublin.

Both Oisín's family and An Garda Síochána are concerned for his well-being, and have expressed their wish for anyone who has any information on him or his whereabouts to contact Claremorris Garda Station on 094 937 2080, or the Garda confidential line on 1800 666 111.
