The emergency department at Mayo University Hospital in Castlebar
The trolley numbers for Mayo University Hospital in Castlebar have been revealed.
The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organization (INMO) published the most recent figures today.
A week ago, the figures for patients waiting on trollies in the hospital’s Emergency Department (ED) were standing at 17.
Now, a week later, only 2 patients are currently on a trolley in the ED. But in other wards, 16 patients are still on trollies, which brings the total number to 18.
