Funeral arrangements announced for man who died in Mayo workplace accident

The funeral arrangements have been released after the death of a young father in a workplace accident on Tuesday afternoon.
50-year-old father of three Patrick Kilcoyne of Errew, Castlebar, died while working for his own company PK Sound and Vision at a private residence at Carrowholly, near Westport.
Patrick worked as a TV and satellite engineer and has been running his own business PK Sound and Vision for nearly 20 years. He was a hugely popular figure in his home village of Errew and the neighbouring communities and news of his death on Tuesday afternoon has been met with huge shock and sadness.
Patrick, who was predeceased by his uncle Paddy Heneghan, is deeply regretted by his heartbroken family, his wife Sharon, (nee Reilly, Bourhave, Belmullet) sons Darragh and Padraic, daughter Michaela, Parents Pat and Maureen, brother Tommy (Pamela), sisters Valerie Thomas (Padraig), Marie O'Brien, Tourmakeady (John); parents in law, Pat and Mary Reilly (Bourhave, Belmullet,) uncle Tom Heneghan (Chicago), aunts Betty McGeogh, (Tourmakeady), Carmel Shoevlin, (Tourmakeady) and Ann Reid (Derrycoosh); brothers in law, Adrian, Seamus, Noel, Michael, Padraig and John, sisters in law Sharon, Sarah and Pamela, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Patrick's reposing at Ballyheane Community Centre will take place on Sunday from 5pm until 7pm followed by removal to his home.
Funeral will arrive to St Patrick's Church, Ballyheane, on Monday for requiem Mass at 11.30am followed by removal to Shannon Crematorium for committal service at 4pm.
A post-mortem has taken place to determine the cause of death and a file will be prepared for the Coroner. As is customary with workplace related death, the Health and Safety Authority will conduct an investigation.
