The car park in the centre of the town will be closed from May 6 to May 21, according to Mayo County Council

The Pavilion Road Car Park in Castlebar, which is set to close for two weeks.

Mayo County Council have confirmed that a car park in the centre of Castlebar is to be closed for over a fortnight.

In a statement, the council confirmed that the Pavilion Road car park would be closed from 8am tomorrow (Tuesday, May 6), until 8am on Wednesday, May 21.

The car park is located next to the Castlebar Library and Castlebar Celtic’s soccer pitch.

During the closure, permit holders for the car park can park at Spencer Street, Castle Street, Market Square, and Bridge Street instead.
