The April/May edition of Mayo Life is in shops now. We are now on the cusp of summer and this edition is packed full of bright and fresh content that will whet the appetite for what will hopefully be a season to remember here in Mayo.

In our feature interview, Castlebar woman Sarah Butler speaks about her journey from a graphic designer to being Ireland's favourite foodie and an Instagram 'influencer'.

In our fashion profile, we celebrate 20 years of fashion and style with Ballinrobe boutique owner Deirdre Biggins while in our Women in Business profile, McKinley Neal details how she ended up opening a Organic Grocery Store in the heart of Westport.

In our Food and Drink section, we talk to Austrian native Yvonne Kathrein who goes foraging herself for local ingredients for her Poacher Restaurant in Ballina; our Tasting Tips pages highlight some foodie events taking place across the county and we highlight some of the best places to eat in Mayo ahead of the summer months.

In our Culture section, we look at some of the major events taking place in Mayo during the months of April and May and we talk to artist Hetty Lawlor, who despite her young age, has become one of the most decorated artists in the country.

This is only a taster of what we have on offer in this April/May edition of Mayo Life, so sit back and relax and delve into 100 pages of fresh, quality content. We'd like to thank all our contributors for their help and co-operation and all our advertisers for their continued support.
