Due to unprecedented demand, the Mayo Business Awards have extended the entry date to Saturday next, September 20. Entry is easy and free of charge at www.mayobusinssawards.com.
The awards are a cross-community initiative supported by the Mayo Chambers and other local business organisations with the backing of the Local Enterprise Office Mayo.
This year's awards will be presented at a gala event at the McWilliam Park Hotel, Claremorris on Friday, November 7, with Kieran O’Malley as MC speaking at the launch event.
The 2025 categories are: 1. Innovation for Impact Award, 2. Best Start-Up, 3. Mayo Tourism Award, 4. Green Game-Changer Award, 5. Digital Excellence & Experience Award, 6. Inclusive Impact Award, 7. Excellence in Customer Experience Award, 8. Excellence in the Hospitality Sector, 9. Best Small/Medium Business. An additional category, The Neill O’Neill Life time Achievement Award, is decided by the judging panels and does not require entry.
The objective of the awards is to help businesses grow their networks, lift their profile and open the door to new opportunities and possibilities while also giving local businesses the opportunity to be recognised for their dedication, investment, accomplishments and hard work across nine award categories.
The event has become an important date in the Mayo business calendar and recipients proudly display their award in recognition of their accomplishments.
