Mayo County Council has granted permission for the development of a new football pitch and additional facilities in Culleens, Ballina.
Planning permission was granted to Kilmoremoy AGP Limited for the development of a new football pitch with high level flood lighting and a multi-purpose track surround. A new astro turf pitch, playground area, changing facilities as well as spectator stand will also be developed.

A new access road, car park and pedestrian access will also be constructed.
Mayo County Council granted permission subject to 17 conditions.
