Mayo company Elasan Solutions has been shortlisted for honours in this year’s Irish Construction Excellence awards.
The awards company, which has been running since 1993, has listed the company from Ballina amongst their nominees for the 2025 ceremony in the ‘Construction Product Innovation’ category.

The company, established in 2021, was set up by Sandra Ginnelly and Elaine Doherty to help other businesses streamline and digitalise their processes using their app, which aims to eliminate paper forms.
The ICE Awards reward those who strive to innovate within the construction industry, and Elasan are among six companies around the country vying for the prestigious award.
The company’s co-founder Sandra Ginnelly spoke of her joy at their nomination.
“We are incredibly proud to be recognised as a finalist in the ICE Awards 2025,” she stated.
“This acknowledgment not only reflects the innovative work we’re doing in the construction sector but also highlights the continued growth of women-owned businesses in technology.”
The awards ceremony will take place on May 1 at the Convention Centre in Dublin, and will be hosted by renowned Irish comedian Neil Delamere.
