Kneecap will play in November
Irish hip-hop were subject to a bizarre segment on Fox News following their much talked about Coachella performance that saw them display pro Palestine messaging in their gig.
The band have been very vocal on their support of Palestine in recent years, and Fox News seemingly have only found about that.
During their set at Coachella messaging behind the trio on screens read "Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinian People" and "F*** Israel, Free Palestine."

In a bizarre news segment on Fox News that has been going viral on social media, the presenter states firstly that Kneecap are a band "that I have never even heard of" and describes the messaging as "unreal."
The news segment continues on its strange rend when the presenter says that "this didn't happen in Nazi Germany in the 1930s, this was in 2025 in America, beyond staggering."
Going on to say that only solution for this, is to remove these "activists" from "authority positions" and that they must "reinstill the values of education."
Following this bizarre clip going around on social media the band responded on their social media account writing:
""A band I've never even heard of"
The only part of this s**** that made any sense."
Comments under the post are fully backing the Irishmen reading:
"Thanks for being a voice for the people. We love you"
Another reads:
"This astonishes her?? Nothing else???"
A third user writes:
"In the 60/70's it was rare for bands not to have some anti-war message and many had many.
Great to see the tradition being carried on in an age where the industry is more controlled than ever."
