Luckily for Irish viewers the event will be broadcast live on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player from midnight on Sunday night.

Some of the most noise, as always, is around the Best Picture Nominees and include Anora, Conclave, The Brutalist, A Complete Unknown, and many more.

Looking to the Best Actor awards, Adrien Brody (The Brutalist) leads the bookmakers as favourite to take home the award, with Timothee Chalamet as Bob Dylan behind him.

Other hopefuls for the award include Ralph Fiennes in Conclave, and Sebastian Stan's portrayal of US President Donald Trump in The Apprentice.

In the Best Actress Category, Demi Moore's masterful performance in The Substance is favourite to take that award. Ahead of Mikey Madison(Anora), Fernanda Torres (I'm Still Here), and Karla Sofia Gascon(Emilia Perez).
