'If I didn't make it I would be in bother' - Louisburgh's Dylan Prendergast

The Mayo GAA intermediate football championship relegation final went down to the wire.

Louisburgh showcased an exemplary never-say-die attitude and fought back from an eight-point deficit half-way through the second half.

Dylan Prendergast was the man of the honour. He had missed all four attempted two-point frees prior to the last minute.

He decided to ignore marching orders in the last seconds, Prendergast went all-in and secured intermediate status for Louisburgh.
