I bought a puppy out of pure boredom.

Biggest thing you miss about using the dressing-rooms?
Hiding somebody’s towel in another person’s bag then sitting back and watching the fight.

Best thing about social distancing?
No standing at a busy bar trying to order a drink.

Best thing about wearing a mask?
I don’t know about the best, but if anyone has any tips to stop my glasses fogging up send them my way.

Favourite song to wash your hands to?
The other side from The Greatest Showman.

What’s your guilty pleasure TV show?
I used to be a big fan of Gossip Girl.

Which three celebrities would you meet for a socially-distant drink?
Emily Ratajkowski, Margot Robbie and Peter Naughton.

One thing people don’t know about you?
I made my championship debut as a corner-forward.

Best place for a Mayo staycation?
Hughes’ Lounge Bar in Knockmore!

If you could go anywhere in the world right now?
Phi Phi Islands.

One old match you’d love to watch back?
All the way back to 2011. Junior football to watch Darren McHale play as a corner back!

What do you miss most about life pre-Covid?
Walking into a pub for a pint without having to book a table and eat.

Sum up the new normal in three words?
Shorter seasons, water breaks and less training with more games. Wishful thinking.
