Strangest thing you did to pass the time during lockdown?
I started a Horticulture venture with my mate Stevie Donnellan. There are trees still planted in my garden that have seen better days. We lived to tell the tale, the trees didn’t unfortunately.

Biggest thing you miss about using the dressing-rooms?
The big occasions when Iarla ‘Goals’ whips out the speaker and the general craic with the lads after games.

Best thing about social distancing?
As a forward I like my space so any excuse is a good one.

Best thing about wearing a mask?
Getting to feel like Rey Mysterio.

Favourite song to wash your hands to?
Don’t Call me Baby – Madison Avenue.

What’s your guilty pleasure TV show?
It’s a tossup between Scrapheap Challenge and Storage Wars – top-class television.

Which three celebrities would you meet for a socially-distant drink?
I’d love a few pints with Jack Black, Mike Tyson and Elon Musk.

One thing people don’t know about you?
I’m a big MMA fan – named my dog after UFC Middleweight Champ, Izzy.

Keem Bay is a lovely spot.

If you could go anywhere in the world right now?
I’d love to go to Thailand.

One old match you’d love to watch back?
The Under-11 South Mayo final back in 2006 –Lap of Honour and all - still chasing that high!

What do you miss most about life pre-Covid?
