Traffic notice for Westport Cyclo Cross event at Murrisk: On Sunday January 18, Westport Covey Wheelers are hosting round 5 of the Connacht Cyclo Cross league at Murrisk.
Cyclists will be assembling at the carpark beside Campbells (Croagh Patrick) from 9am before making their way along the R335 towards Lecanvey.
The 2 kilometre route is held on the ground of the Murrisk apartments on the shores of Clew Bay, with the kind permission of Paul Michels Cedar Park properties. This will be a great event for spectators as top class cycling skills will be on display.

All cyclists will be finished their events by 2pm, motorists are advised to drive with caution and please allow adequate room when passing cyclists as some are young kids.
Organisers are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
