An Garda Siochana role up for grabs with yearly salary of over €128K
An Garda Síochána are now hiring a new Director of Talent Aquisition with a yearly salary of €128,488.
The deadline to apply is Thursday June 12 at 3pm.
As a member of the People & Development Senior Management Team, the role holder will play a pivotal role in organisational delivery, by leading on Talent Acquisition.
"Through our Strategic Plan 2025 – 2027, An Garda Síochána has prioritised the task of building and scaling up our capabilities. By delivering on our overarching human resources strategy, the role holder will ensure that we can attract, recruit and retain the right people for our service," the role description says.

The suitable candidate must have a third level qualification (minimum Level 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications) in a relevant discipline(s) commensurate with the role.
As well as significant progressive leadership experience in a Senior Human Resources role, in a large and complex organisation, with experience of leading on Talent Acquisition.
