Ireland has three new millionaires following last night's Lotto jackpot!
Three people struck gold last night following the Lotto draw, which saw winners in Dublin and Wexford.
The National Lottery have confirmed that the Lotto Jackpot of €2 million was won and split between two players from Dublin and Wexford, each claiming €1 million.
The store locations where the winning tickets were bought will be announced on Tuesday 1 October.
Luck was in the air in Dublin last night as another Dublin player became an instant millionaire, winning €1,000,500 in the special Lotto Plus Raffle Promotion. The winning ticket was purchased in Centra, The Village, Enniskerry Road, Stepaside, County Dublin.
The good news didn't end there, as lucky players in Kildare and Laois also won big on the night. A player from Kildare won €82,584 after matching 5 numbers and the bonus in last night's main Lotto draw. The player bought their winning ticket in Spar, Newtown, Maynooth, Kildare.

Finally, a player from Laois won €250,000 in the Lotto Plus 2. They purchased their winning ticket at SuperValu, The Ossory, Rathdowney, Laois.
Sarah Ruane, Spokesperson of the National Lottery, expressed her excitement about the record night: "Wow—what an extraordinary night for our players! Three brand-new Lottery millionaires and two other huge winners all from a single draw—this is the stuff dreams are made of!"
Players in Dublin, Wexford, Laois and Kildare are urged to check their tickets carefully and get in touch with the National Lottery regarding their winnings.
Ruane said: "If you bought a ticket for last night’s draw, check it right away—this could be your life-changing moment. Don’t forget to sign the back, keep it safe, and get in touch with us to collect your prize at Lotto HQ."
