A commercial van, which was deemed unroadworthy with an expired cert, was seized by gardaí for multiple reasons over the weekend.
The van was seized by gardaí in Tipperary, when stopped at a local checkpoint.
The vehicle has found to have no tax or insurance, and its Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness Test was expired.
