Designated drop off and collection point at Mayo airport temporarily moved

Once works are completed in the airport car park, the bus stop will be restored to its original location.

Due to ongoing upgrade works at the car park at Knock airport, the designated drop off and collection point for Bus Eireann will be temporarily moved from today, March 10. The new temporary location will be outside the airport grounds, across from the statue of Monsignor Horan on the approach road into the airport.

Airport car park staff will be on hand at the various locations across the airport to provide assistance and guidance to the new temporary bus stop location whilst the works are ongoing, which will take 1-2 days to complete.

Bus Eireann customers using the airport services on Route 64 service between Donegal and Galway and the route 440 service between Athlone and Westport should allow for extra time to make their way to and from the terminal building to and from the new temporary bus stop location.

Once works are completed in the airport car park, the bus stop will be restored to its original location. Apologies are offered by the airport to customers for any convenience caused during these works.
