Mayo make-up artist, Hayley Coleman, has been announced as an esteemed judge for The Lodge at Ashford Castle Ladies Day at Ballinrobe Racecourse.
Ballinrobe Racecourse was ‘thrilled’ to announce the appointment of the award-winning make-up artist and fashion influencer as the judge for the Ballinrobe Racecourse Ladies Day on Monday, June 24, hosted in partnership with The Lodge at Ashford Castle.
Reflecting on her appointment, Hayley Coleman stated: “I am absolutely thrilled to be confirmed as this year's judge for The Lodge at Ashford Castle Ladies Day at Ballinrobe Racecourse.
“Ballinrobe is my local track, making the announcement extra special. It is a fantastic race meeting bringing glamour and style to one of the year's racing highlights, and I am honoured to be part of it,” she continued.
Racecourse Manager, John Flannelly, said he was ‘delighted’ to welcome Ms Coleman, and explained he ‘won't envy her role on the day’, referring to the ‘exceptional’ style and glamour.
The fashion influencer brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as judge, having previously adjudicated other Ladies Day events around the country. Her passion for fashion and beauty, coupled with her keen eye for style, makes her the perfect fit for this esteemed position.

In its third year, The Lodge at Ashford Castle Ladies Day has become synonymous with elegance, glamour, and style, drawing attendees from far and wide.
The winner of the day will receive a luxurious prize package, including a two-night stay in a stunning Lakeview Suite at The Lodge at Ashford Castle, complete with breakfast and a dinner for two at Wilde’s Restaurant. Additionally, they will be awarded a €1,000 cash prize.
Furthermore, four deserving runners-up will be treated to a delightful dinner for two at Wilde’s Restaurant, courtesy of The Lodge at Ashford Castle.
Mr Flannelly, shared his enthusiasm for the collaboration with The Lodge at Ashford Castle, and said: “We are thrilled to join forces once again with The Lodge at Ashford Castle. The first of a seven-race Flat card goes to post at 5.15pm featuring The EBF Fillies Handicap and The EBF Median Auction Maiden of €20,000. There will be live music by popular band Streetwise in the Mask Pavilion after racing.
