For a great night of roots, blues and more, Joanne Keegan and Peter Price combine their formidable musical talents for a very special concert at the Linenhall Arts Centre in Castlebar on Thursday, July 17 at 8pm.
Peter Price is one of this country’s leading acoustic blues masters. His acoustic guitar and rich voice take listeners on a journey from country blues to Latin American dance, Celtic pipe and harp tunes, Indian ragas and even traditional hymns.
Peter will be joined by Westport singer and musician Joanne Keegan, whose musical style combines her traditional Irish roots with her later immersion into blues and jazz. Together, Peter and Joanne make a dynamic and virtuosic pairing.
