Gardaí issue warning after Swinford drugs theft
Gardaí in Swinford issued a warning last week after a quantity of controlled drugs were taken from a car in Swinford last Tuesday.
The incident occurred on Main Street in the town between 5pm and 6pm. A white plastic carrier bag containing a number of prescription drugs was taken from a car.
Gardaí have since issued a warning that improper use of these drugs could have serious health implications if taken.
Anyone with information, who may have witnessed the incident or have found the bag of drugs, is asked to contact Swinford Garda Station at 094 9251115.
