‘Life is Fragile’ forum for Westport

POLITICAL activist and entrepreneur, Declan Ganley and leading psychiatrist, Dr Patricia Casey will be among a line-up of speakers at a ‘Life is Fragile’ gathering over the upcoming weekend in Westport. Mr Ganley will join  Independent Senator and European Parliament election candidate,  Ronan Mullen and Independent county councillor, Michael Holmes on Friday next, May 2, for a debate on the subject of ‘Life and Economics’, in the Castlecourt Hotel.
On Saturday morning at 8am, May 3, Father Fintan Monahan will lead a ‘Climb for Life’ of holy mountain, Croagh Patrick.

The subject of ‘Surviving Suicide - Understanding the Human Condition’ will be debated on Sunday morning, May 4, in Hotel Westport. The panel will include consultant psychiatrist, academic and well-known pro-life commentator, , Professor Patricia Casey and consultant psychiatrist and Suicidology expert, Dr John Connolly. Mr Michael Egan, the founder of Living Links, an organisation which provides outreach support to bereaved families of the victims of suicide will also participate along with life coach, Ms Nuala Duignan.
The admission fee is €10 for this forum.
