The Mayo GAA senior football team got off to a good start under new manager Andy Moran over the weekend.
It was a comprehensive win over Offaly in a charity match in aid of The Mayo Cancer Support Association on a cold Sunday afternoon.
A fresh start and some fresh merchandise. Mayo GAA dropped the new commemorative home jersey last week.

And we asked you for your opinion: How do you rate the jersey from 1 to 10?
Well, the results are in and while they speak a clear language, there is a surprising aspect to them.
A huge chunk of 45.57% of people voting, rated the jersey as a 10. Pointing to a fact, that many really like it.
This view is supported by further 17.9% rating the jersey between 7 and 9.
But on the other hand, 21.52% rated the new Mayo home jersey as a 1. So the biggest single shares of the votes are on the opposing ends of the scale.
