The South Mayo club may have bowed out of the Championship, but they put up an almighty battle as they lost out the kingpins, Ballina.
At midfield, Cathal Slattery put in a fine performance as he attempted to lead Garrymore to victory, however that failed to materialise although Slattery and co can be proud of their efforts.
