PERMUTATIONS: What each team needs in Round Three of the Mayo IFC

Drama is a dead cert to be coming down the tracks in the final group stage games of the Mayo Intermediate Football Championship, as for almost every club, their destiny teeters dangerously on the brink.

All but three clubs have something to play for on Matchday Three, with a whole raft of permutations on the cards as clubs either aim to reach the knockout stages, or propel themselves away from the trapdoor into Junior football.

Here, we'll run you through each and every permutation for all sixteen clubs as the race for the Sweeney Cup takes its next tantalising step.

It is worth noting that in the event where a head-to-head cannot be used to determine who will progress (i.e when the teams level on points drew when they played each other or three sides finish level on points), the side who has the highest total scores for will be used to determine the positioning of sides. Then it will come down to goals scored for, then goals scored against, then, as a last resort, a playoff.
