The next Mayo GAA manager will definitely have a job on their hands.
While the county board is running their application process in the hunt for the county's top job, the league finals took place last weekend.
And one player specifically lit up the stage: Ballaghaderreen's sharpshooter Kuba Callaghan just picked up where he left last year when he was top scorer in the Mayo Senior Football Championship.

Callaghan scored a total of 35 points last year, keeping Mayo and Breaffy legend Aidan O'Shea in second place by four points.
And in the division two final against Aghamore on Saturday afternoon, Callaghan scored an impressive 2-6, solely responsible for almost half of his team's points, in a final that was only decided by the last kick of the ball.
Both of his goals were a showpiece of power, skill and accuracy - especially the second one. The Ballaghaderreen forward with the ball in hand, danced around defenders, eluding their grip. Slipping through bodies, almost defying the laws of physics, Callaghan wiggled himself just about free enough and got a shot off. But what a rocket he sent into the Aghamore net.
"He's driving on again. He sets his own barrier, he always lifts the ceiling every year," said Callaghan's team mate and Mayo footballer David McBrien: "Kuba is a top quality player. I'm sure whoever the next Mayo manager is, will be looking at him next year."
There will be many further talking points for a new Mayo management regardless. But there haven't been any updates from the county board as of yet.
