After eight games of pulsating Mayo GAA senior football we are delighted to reveal the Team of The Week after an opening round packed with excitement.

Selecting 15 players is never easy and of course it's always a conversation-starter but we had reporters at every single game in the county over the weekend and are delighted to reveal a team filled with style, substance and delivery.

There are two players apiece from Claremorris, Ballina Stephenites, Aghamore, Charlestown and Westport while Balla, Ballintubber, Garrymore, Breaffy and Ballaghaderreen while Tomas Morley is Manager of the Week after guiding Ballaghaderreen to an opening-day win over Knockmore.

This is the team of the week:
