Ireland rugby star Jack Carty and his business partner, Fergal Hynes, have released a behind-the-scenes video as they move to the next stage of building a state-of-the-art padel facility in Mayo.
The fly-half, who has been playing with Connacht since 2012 and has been capped for his country eleven times, applied for planning permission in January for the brand-new space for one of the world's most rapidly growing sports, including four indoor padel courts.
The centre-piece of the venue, located at the IDA Industrial Estate in Bunree, will be a court with a fully panoramic view, designed to be Ireland's first indoor court to allow outdoor court play.
The facility will also include a shop, merchandise area, and coffee dock.
