Going Out

CLASSIC PAIRING Contralto Grace Foley and tenor Wayne Woodman will perform an eclectic selection of music in The Linenhall Arts Centre next month.

Two up-and-coming singers and stars in the making, Grace Foley (contralto) and Wayne Woodman (tenor), will perform a ‘classical crossover’ programme of music – from Bizet to Lana Del Ray and Ennio Morricone to Damien Rice – at the Linenhall Arts Centre in Castlebar on Thursday, September 12, at 8pm.
Join them on a journey through the musical genres. From classical favourites to music from movies and musicals, this show has something for every musical taste.
Grace Foley has performed in venues across Ireland and has also sung on RTÉ television and Lyric FM. Her debut album, Unleashed, was recently chosen by presenter Marty Whelan as his ‘Marty Recommends’ on Lyric FM.
Wayne Woodman is a tenor who was born in Cape Town and moved to Ireland in 2003. Wayne’s passionate performances have entertained crowds throughout Ireland and internationally, and he has captivated audiences across the globe.
