AURIVO have announced that their four livestock marts will be closed this week following a bull attack in one of their marts in Co Leitrim.
The closure of the four Aurivo marts including their two Mayo marts in Balla and Ballinrobe is due to health and safety reasons following the bull attack on Saturday afternoon when a man needed to be airlifted to hospital.
“Aurivo has announced that its four livestock marts will remain closed this week following an accident at Mohill Livestock Mart on Saturday morning.
“Aurivo apologises for any inconvenience caused to its customers. The decision taken by management is prudent as the health and safety of our customers, members and employees is of paramount importance,” the company said in a statement.
