Ballinrobe Races announces major new sponsor for 2015
Ballinrobe Racecourse Committee last week announced Vaughan Shoes as the new title sponsor of their 2015 flagship summer fixture to take place Tuesday, June 23, which is traditionally the ever-popular Ladies’ Day. The Vaughan Shoes sponsorship includes naming rights to all seven races on the flat-card, further enhancing Ballinrobe’s race programme next season.
New sponsor Vaughan Shoes, is a family-owned business and is one of the leading shoe stores in the West of Ireland, operating three very successful shoe shops on the main streets in Ballinrobe, Claremorris and Castlebar.
The new sponsorship will also include the fixture’s Ladies’ Day competition, offering €1,500 cash-prize to the winner.
Vaughan Shoes are one of 37 local race sponsors at Ballinrobe demonstrating the significant role the racecourse plays in the local business community.
